In 2025, we will provide support and activities for migrants and refugees within the scope of the project “From adaptation to integration – support for third-country nationals in the process of intercultural integration in Wrocław” (funding agreement no. FEDS.07.06-IP.02-0050.24-00).
About the project
The main objective of the project is to improve competences and skills for adaptation and integration of new residents of Wrocław (third countries nationals) and to strengthen intercultural competences of the members of the host society.
The project is dedicated to migrants and refugees at any age, for whom Wrocław and Lower Silesia have become a new place to live, work and study.
The activities will enhance intercultural and cooperation competencies for individuals from the host society.

How to benefit from the project offer?
If you are a citizen of countries outside the European Union (third-countries national) who is legally staying in the Republic of Poland and residing in Lower Silesia, you can take part in an adaptation and integration program tailored to your needs. How? Follow these three steps to register for the project.
1.
Make an appointment or pass by
at the Passage of Dialogue during opening hours – from Monday to Saturday.
2.
For the meeting, take with you documents confirming your legal stay in Poland and your residence in Wrocław/ Lower Silesia.
They will be needed to confirm your eligibility for the participation in the project.
3.
Approach the designated Project Information Point, where the consultant will present your path to participate in the project and support you in filling out the documentation.
Information consultation at WroMigrant point
WroMigrant, the municipal information point for migrant and refugees, provides individual support in the form of consultations to people both already living in Wroclaw and those just arriving in our city.
During consultation, we direct individuals to the appropriate institutions and organisations.
WroMigrant consultants provide information in five languages: Polish, Ukrainian, English, Belarusian and Russian. All consultations are free of charge.

Scope of consultation:
-
social welfare;
-
official matters (PESEL number, residence, car registration, exchange of driving license, tax settlement)
-
education, childcare and learning Polish;
-
support in crisis situations e.g. in the case of homelessness crisis, experience of human trafficking;
-
other, according to needs.
How can I benefit from a consultation?
In 2025, personal consultations during on-call time at the Passage of Dialogue take place with the support of the European Union.
To benefit from Information consultation, come to the Passage of Dialogue with a document confirming your legal stay in Poland (and residence in Lower Silesia region) and meet a consultant to the Project Information Point.
Personal consultations are conducted face-to-face
in the Passage of Dialogu from Monday to Saturday,
from 12 am to 4 pm.
We also consult remotely via phone, e-mail and
mobile applications (Messenger, Viber)
from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Thematic group informational sessions
Launch date – April 2025
In addition to personal consultations, you can take advantage of informational sessions on the legalisation of your stay at the WroMigrant point, as well as practical workshops on issues related to life in Poland and Wrocław.
We invite adults (third-country nationals), including parents and guardians, and students looking for practical and detailed information in the form of training.
Professional legal advice
Launch date – March 2025
Who can benefit? Adults (including: parents and legal guardians) who need specialist legal advice because of the complexity of the case and legal system, as well as their lack of knowledge of the Polish language, find it hard to comprehend their rights and obligations.
Form of support: individual consultations with translation into English, Ukrainian or Russian.
Registration is obligatory.


Professional individual psychological support
Launch date – March 2025
Who can benefit? Adults (including: parents and legal guardians) who need support caused by forced migration, experience of war, adaptation and social difficulties, separation of families, personal and family matters.
Form of support: individual consultations in Ukrainian or Russian.
Registration is obligatory.
Polish language classes for children, youth and adults
Launch date:
seniors (60+) – March 2025
children and teenagers (10-20 years) – July 2025
Who can benefit? Adults who are 60 years of age or older, as well as children and adolescents (in groups: 10-14 and 15-20), for whom language-adaptation classes are a key element in the integration process.
Form of support:
- language-adaptation classes in the form of a language club
for seniors (60+) - language adaptation classes in the form of a language club
for children and adolescents (10-20 years).

Integration classes with elements of art therapy
Launch date – March 26, 2025
Who can benefit? Adult women who speak Ukrainian and/or Russian.
Form of support: psychosocial classes with elements of art therapy in Ukrainian and Russian.
Sign-up: Registration through the form for each class is obligatory.
