In Passage of Dialogue, informational consultations are held by the WroMigrant Information Point.
Information consultation
WroMigrant, the municipal information point for migrant and refugees, provides informational support to both those who already live in Wrocław and those who are just arriving in our city. Individuals who use consultations are also referred to the appropriate institutions and organizations according to their needs.
WroMigrant consultants provide information in five languages: Polish, Ukrainian, English, Belarusian, and Russian. All consultations are free of charge.
Passage of Dialogue is accessible to people with disabilities.
In-person consultations in Passage of Dialogue:
Monday – Saturday, 12 PM – 4 PM.
WroMigrant also consults remotely via phone, e-mail
and mobile applications: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

Consultation topics
WroMigrant consultants provide information primarily on administrative matters and everyday life in Poland.
We offer information to residents with a migration or refugee background, including:
- what constitutes legal residence,
- how to apply for a residence permit, international protection, or temporary protection,
- the difference between a work permit and a statement of employment,
- there to go for marriage or birth registration,
- how to enroll a child in school and help them adjust to the school environment,
- what to pay attention to when renting an apartment,
- how to register a car or exchange a driving license,
- what are the deadlines for submitting tax declarations,
- where to seek medical assistance,
- which office to contact for help in difficult life situations,
- who organizes free Polish language courses,
and much more.

Informational workshops and publications
WroMigrant team also conducts training on legalization topics and practical workshops addressing issues related to life in Poland and in Wrocław.
We also publish important informational materials, including maps of Wrocław for new residents and thematic leaflets. These can be found on the Intercultural Dialogue page.
